weight loss and health




The ACTION LOGBOOK has been developed with the view that not all people are the same and that people gain different amounts of weight and for different reasons, therefore each person requires a unique weight loss plan as an action plan that works for one individual may not work for another.

For examples one person may like to be physically active but have a poor diet, therefore they do not need any advice on how to increase their physical activity levels but they may need help with their dietary intake. Another example may be that a person eats when they are bored or feeling low and need to find a way to avoid over eating at these times.

Therefore, the ACTION LOGBOOK contains information on all the subjects discussed throughout the Weight loss FOR LIFE programmes, it also has space for you to add your own thoughts and tips for future reference and pages for your own unique weight loss plan. This may include solutions to reduce eating when bored, how to fit physical activity into your life or it may be dietary help with cooking tips and recipes. Each person will therefore have a different plan in their ACTION LOGBOOK
