Weight Loss FOR LIFE is an individualised, practical, realistic approach to
weight loss and health

Weight Loss FOR LIFE programme workshop or training day.
Weight Loss FOR LIFE promotes weight loss with realistic lifstyle changes that can be sustained long term, so that participants do not feel deprived or overwhelmed by a restricting diet. The Weight Loss FOR LIFE programme is also applicable to those who may not wish to lose weight but who want to adopt a healthier lifestyle.

Weight loss and healthier lifestyle choices can improve health and dramatically reduce the associated health risks such heart disease and type two diabetes.

Weight Loss FOR LIFE believes in an individualised approach to weight loss and health and encourages realistic lifestyle changes that can be maintained long term. The programme is very informative and participants are encouraged to understand themselves and why they are overweight so that unique strategies are planned around their individual circumstances such as food tastes, motivation levels, family status and job situation.

Participants of the Weight Loss FOR LIFE programme receive an Action Logbook which contains information on diet and nutrition, physical activity, health risks, causes of and barriers to weight loss, motivation and self control. It also contains pages for participants to add their own unique strategy to weight loss or a healthier lifestyle. The booklet is designed to help participants to continue to live healthier or lose weight long after the programme is finished



Healthy Lifestyle Training

The healthy lifestyle training is a half day session and includes the subjects in the weight loss for life programme, it is more condensed but still allows for the extensive interaction with the option of purchasing the Action logbook for lifestyle planning.

£250.00 for up to ten participants



Ten Week Programme

The Weight Loss FOR LIFE ten week programme is one and a half hours per week on a regular day and time. The Weight Loss For Life programme is conducted in small groups to allow for extensive interaction on a different subject each week.


Ten week programme including action logbook for each participant. (subject to a minimum of ten participants) £80.00 per person



Two day Workshop

The two day workshop can be two days together or two separate days. It has all the same information and interactive nature as the ten week programme and also includes the Action Logbook

The two day programmes are also available in other parts of the country therefore even if you are not a North East company programmes can be made available in your area, please email your enquiries to Weight Loss For Life.
