Another example may be that a person eats when they are bored or feeling low and need to find a way to avoid over eating at these times.
Therefore, the ACTION LOGBOOK contains information on all the subjects discussed throughout the Weight loss FOR LIFE programmes, it also has space for you to add your own thoughts and tips for future reference and pages for your own unique weight loss plan. This may include solutions to reduce eating when bored, how to fit physical activity into your life or it may be dietary help with cooking tips and recipes.
