The Weight Loss FOR LIFE weekly Healthy Eating Meetings are welcoming, friendly and sociable and provide up to date information on how to lose weight and keep it off of the rest of your life
The Weight Loss FOR LIFE Healty Eating Meetings will help motivate you to achieve the realistic goals you have set yourself so that you feel a sense of achievement which raises confidence not only in your appearance but in your ability to take control of your life.
The Weight Loss FOR LIFE Healthy Eating Meekly meetings consist of a discussion period followed by an optional exercise class. A different topic is discussed each week to help you to lose weight and/or improve your health, examples of topics are listed below:
