" 'Get Into Shape At Home' is a wonderful exercise programme that fits easily into a busy working mum's life! The exercises are simple, manageable and in great, bite-size chunks. I've already noticed a difference to my body shape, and as a nurse, I am benefiting from the muscle strengthening exercises, to reduce work related injuries to my back and shoulders. I would highly recommend this programme and encourage anyone to give it a go! "

Just wanted to report on the book
I am finding it very easy to follow and to manage the programme. I can fit it into my week as you suggest in your guidance notes. The regime is just right - it takes enough effort, and I like the flexibility of adding extra numbers of each procedure, both gradually to build up the effort as I get stronger, as well as in any exercise where I feel comfortable to do more than the minimum. I feel included in the theory by your explanations of the purpose for each exercise, the reasons for each "instruction", such as stretches at the end, and the explanation of what each exercise achieves. I feel fully supported and safe. Using your book & band is already having a good effect on my well being, body strength & shape.
The band is so simple but does the job of providing "resistance" without the complex extra bits we pay extra for on many shop bought versions. I like your guidance on eating, too.
Congratulations on providing a user friendly and enjoyable way of getting into shape.
