The Weight Loss FOR LIFE company has developed from fifteen years experience in health and fitness and an in-depth study into healthy living, exploring why people find it difficult to follow a healthy lifestyle, often resulting in a 'yoyo' effect of weight loss and regain and/or healthy and unhealthy living.

Half day session containing one of the following options:


    Benefits of physical activity, how to fit it in with daily life and a practical exercise session. Health risks; why we are at risk
    Department of Health nutritional guidelines; lets work toward them, and healthy meals for when you're in a hurry.

 

Full day session containing the following subjects:


 

Full day session is available incorporating all the above subjects and could be delivered as a drop-in for employees.
