This Weight loss FOR LIFE workshop is a condensed half day healthy lifestyle weight loss session providing you with all the information you need to achieve lifestyle change/weight lose and maintain the change for the rest of your life.
The Weight loss FOR LIFE workshop is sociable and friendly and conducted in small groups to allow time for group discussion and lifestyle planning. The Workshop will help motivate you to achieve the realistic goals you have set yourself so that you feel a sense of achievement which raises confidence, not only in your appearance but in your ability to take control of your life.
Because Weight Loss FOR LIFE has the view that not all people are the same and that weight gain and lifestyle habits occur for different reasons, we believe each person requires a unique weight loss and healthy living plan. The unique individualised weight loss plan devised during the workshop, is both holistic and realistic, and accounts for individual circumstances such as food preferences, motivation levels, family status and job situation.
This personal approach produces sustainable change so that participants do not feel deprived or overwhelmed by a diet or exercise regime.
Each participant on the workshop receives an Action Log Book containing information discussed in the workshop with pages to add their own unique weight loss and healthy ifestyle plan

The Workshop enables the participant to explore their own circumstances so that the lifestyle planning is unique to each individual.
The exercise workshop is a half day session to explore different ways to increase physical activty and discuss the benefits of being more active which include improved shape, fat reduction, increased energy levels, improved health and happiness. Each participant on the workshop receives a Get into Shape at Home Book plus a resistance band.
